I’m slowly and surely losing the fun and thrill of playing this year and that’s down to my decision making and results. Last week again I scored below the average with 38 in an average of 45. GUTTED.

Every player disappointed with just one or two points besides Aguero and Ibra. This week team stays the same with Lingard coming in for Brady who has been a wast of space in my team. Forster starts over Randolph, Daniels first sub with them playing Chelsea, Mawson against West Ham as second sub and lastly Morgan.

Captain based on fixture and form is Aguero again.

Good luck all 🙂

Last week I scored below average again which is becoming a worrying trend. I scored 39 in a week that averaged 40; with captain Aguero scoring 14. So many of my team disappointed with a single point including; Randolph, Alonso, Baines and Costa.

With a short period between gameweeks I’ve made two changes (-4) with Lukaku and Snodgrass out and Ibr and Zaha in. I’ve got a lot of trouble areas to watch such as Brady, Baines and Alonso but this will do for today.

Team selection was a tough one, I had 11 points on the bench and I want to try and avoid that if I can. I’ve picked Randolph on the bench because they play Arsenal and I can see them conceding a few goals, and for that reason Baines and Mawson too!

Captain Ibra, he’s rested and should be biting to get back and prove why United should do all they can to keep him next season in what could be a make and break game.

Good luck all 🙂

The last gameweek was some what of a success. I scored 65 in a week that averaged 47; with 18 total from captain Alexis. It was another week that Lukaku excelled and scored 16 which was a shame but the real shame was Mawson scoring -1. So it actually cost me to have him.

As for my team selection I wasn’t planning on changing a thing with Chadli an actual captain contender due to West Broms recent record against United and with all of their injuries at hand I genuinely think another upset can be had. However Pulis has said with two games coming close together that Chadli along with others was a rotation risk; which means he will play more than likely on game of the next two. In addition to that West Brom face United and Liverpool in the next four games and have a blank week in 35.

That all has lead to me selling Chadli and bringing in Downing. For starters since the manager has left he’s been allowed back in the fold and started the last game. He should be a regular starter and on some set pieces. Also Boro face the Swans, Hull and Burnley in the next three which are as good of fixtures as any and then they play twice in GW34. It’s a cheap punt at £4.9m and frees up just over a million pounds which is great for the coming weeks.

My team selection pretty much picked itself; Morgan is injured and Brady faces Spurs. My keeper selection was the hardest choice but Randolph plays over Forster because of the Saints backline missing so many players and Bournemouth being more of an attacking threat than Hull. In the last position I’m playing Brunt over Mawson because Mawson plays Downings Boro  and Brunt faces a depleted United. I think Brunt will be a huge set piece threat and today even more so with all of Uniteds missing players. Also with Phillips out there’s still a good chance he will play higher up the field.

Captaincy was a difficult decision and it was between Alexis or Aguero. I’m going with the latter because he didn’t play the full international game and Arsenal after conceding 3 at the Hawthorns; it should have been more. A win for City here will be a springboard for them to finish the season well and hopefully a big showing from Aguero will make him an FPL essential again for the remainder of the season. I miss the old Kun and while both players will more than likely score I fancy Aguero to score more than one, which I can’t see Alexis doing.

Good luck all 🙂

Just when I was down and out; drowning in my own sorrows last week something quite miraculous happened last week. I scored 58 in a week that averaged 19 with Lukaku, Morgan, Manson and Randolph scoring 51 between just the four of them! Meanwhile my transfer in of Firmino was a flop and he didn’t play at all.

This week after being at the Hawthrons last week and seeing how bad we were (hurts me to say) I saw we played Arsenal and immediately wanted Alexis back in my team. The easiest way was a straight swap with a single FT for Firmino. There are doubts of him starting but his stats this season and form can’t be ignored.

As for my team selection; Morgan takes first bench position and just misses out to the atttacking defenders in my team. Brunt is in second after being dropped the last game and with Albion very likely to concede and the useless Snodgrass last sub. Captaincy gamble on my transfer in (Alexis).

Good luck all 🙂

So last week put me right off FPL and in a real bad mood. I scored 59(-8) in a week that saw the average at 50. So after planning and playing my triple captain chip I scored a single point above average. Aguero scored 27 in all but was a huge disappointment blanking in the second game while KDB scored 4, bloody 4! I spent that on a hit to get him in for Hazard who was a doubt and scored.

That luck continued into me choosing my transfer early and getting Firmino who is now a doubt. I am making no more transfers and leaving as is with Lukaku as captain. What will be, will be.

Good luck all!

I am actually surprised st how well GW26 went and that in a large part is due to Harry Kane who scored an impressive 20 points. My team scored 69 in a week that averaged 45 and Brady who I transferred in got returns too!

This week the plan was not to use a single transfer but after the DGW for Man City was introduced I had to re-think. The first and obvious must make move was Aguero in and to do that I had to sacrifice Lukaku or Kane and due to the blank next week it had to sadly be Kane that I sold.

I also took a -4 for KDB in for Hazard due to the latter being a risk of not playing and the opportunity for another doubler. Then after reading the news about Snodgrass & Chambers injury I did look ahead to next week and with the plans of having a player who also plays next week I did Chambers to Mawson who has been in good form and he does have attacking returns in him. This is move that I would’ve done next week anyway but I figured He had a better liklihood of returns compared to Daniels away to United or Snodgrass against Chelsea.

My team this week was an easy selection with Snodgrass first sub, Daniels second and Morgan third. I am using the triple captain chip on Aguero for the simple fact he’s FPL gold and plays Stoke then Sunderland. This is the same man who has five goals a game in him and with Jesus out and a good game in the cup he’s as sure of a starting spot as he ever will be. Good luck all!

I ended my last team selection post by saying it was a make or break week and it was a huge failure. I scored 33 (-8) so 25 in a week that averaged a score of 47! To add to the misery Alonso, Hazard and Costa all failed to get more than the basic two appearance points. In addition to this the whole of the rest of my team did besides Baines, Chadli and Forster.

This week I wasn’t going to make a change because I planned for this week and had players but Alli who was sent off in the last game for Spurs (none league) loses his place for Brady. It seems an odd pick but Brady faces his former team Hull and then the Swans with no blank in 28 so it’s a huge plus. It frees around £3m too! Captain this week is Lukaku against Sunderland and Daniels benched is the only big call for me this week.

Last week my fortunes changed for the better and I scored 70 in a week that averaged 51 in a week that saw Lukaku single handedly give me a green arrow. Brunt, Chadli, Kane and Snodgrass all helped too for what was a good week for me.

This week is one of those go big or go home weeks for me; I made three transfers (-8) out went Schlupp,Stanislas & Ibrahimovic and in their place came the Chelsea trio Alonso,Hazard & Costa.

For me it’s three upgrades based on fixtures and form. Add to that Schlupp and Stanislas being so disappointing and Alonso has been punishing me since I sold him. This also prepares me for the United blank coming up which is always nice too.

I’m very happy with my team and it was easy to pick my best eleven; captain Costa for me this week! 🙂

My GW24 Team

Last week was my worst week I’ve ever had in FPL. I scored 22 in a week that saw an average of 35! To make things worse Daniels, Schlupp & Chambers all missed their games which meant I played with 10 men all of which blanked. Not a single goal, assist or clean sheet in what was a week to forget.

This week I wasn’t in the mood for FPL, last week really hurt. I’m playing my AOA chip because the three mentioned defenders are all out again but all should be back for GW25. I was saving the FT but decided to get Snodgrass for Ozil for two reasons; firstly it frees up a lot of money (I now have £6m in the bank) and also he doesn’t blank thinking of The upcoming weeks.

My team pretty much has to pick itself with the only tough decision is me playing Randolph over Forster because I’m backing the Hammers to score and besides the game against the Foxes; clean sheets aren’t easy to come by for the Saints. Captain Kane again, hoping he doesn’t troll me again.

Good luck all! @FPLCHI

Last week I scored 50 in an average of 46, Brunt was my highest scorer with 13 and captain Aguero blanked. Team performed ok but Forster (7) & Chambers (5) stayed on the bench, foolish team selection by yours truly.

This week I needed to ditch Aguero and Giroud, both aren’t safe for me in their respective teams and face blanks soon. I was really frustrated watching Aguero last week and Giroud after Welbeck and Walcott coming back for me is a huge risk. No doubt Kun will be back soon, but how soon is something I’m unsure of.

In their places come Kane and Lukaku; great fixtures and form are the reasons why. My team picks itself with Chambers and Schlupp flagged, Randolph playing City and Morgan not a sure starter yet. Captain Kane because of him missing midweek and Sunderland having next to no defenders or form.

Good luck all! @FPLCHI
