Last week started off so well but then sadly dissolved with a disappointing ending. I scored 79 (-8) in a week that averaged 56. Benteke, Daniels & DDG shined with 45 points combined and captain Rashford got me 6 points.

This week I made two changes (-4) Downing & Baines out with Redmond & Bertrand in. DDG is my sub keeper and Alonso is first sub. Captaincy was between Kane and Benteke but I went with the former.

Here is my team;

Last week could’ve gone either way for me but in the end was just about rescued by Alexis who along with captain Kane and Baines had been my only real point scorers 37 in a team that totalled 47 in a week that averaged 46.

This took a lot of reflection and so many of my team failed to rack up any points again; notably Zlatan with 0, Costa, Lingard, Brunt and Randolph with 1 point each. Which is awful returns.

This week I’d planned to do Randolph to DDG and I took a hit to do Benteke for Costa because Costa isn’t looking great at the moment and Benteke faces his former team Liverpool as part of two games this week and I think he will do well. In addition to that because of the Zlatan injury he was taking far too much money not to replace, so in comes Rashford. These moves mean that I have a whopping 6 DGW players this week and have £8.6m in the bank to plan the next few weeks with.

For this week the captaincy goes to Rashford; he’s a man in form and I fancy him to shine in the team in place of Zlatan. On the bench is Forster, Mawson, Morgan & Brunt.

Good luck all!

Well last week was a complete change in fortunes; I scored 72 in a week that averaged 56. Just under half of the team (5) Baines, Brunt, Lingard, Downing and Alexis scored a combined 8. But the other 6 Forster, Alonso, Zaha, Kun, Ibra and Costa all did amazing and scored 54!

So this week I didn’t really want to change much but Kane coming back and their form means without Alli and co my team is suffering. Despite his form for me Kun makes way for Kane with a favourable fixture. I did want to ditch Costa but I couldn’t do it in a single move, hoping to bring him back soon.

Team pretty much picks himself, I don’t think Lingard will start and I can see Bournemouth conceding a few so setting up with a 4-3-3 and captain Kane!

Good luck all! @FPLCHI

I’m slowly and surely losing the fun and thrill of playing this year and that’s down to my decision making and results. Last week again I scored below the average with 38 in an average of 45. GUTTED.

Every player disappointed with just one or two points besides Aguero and Ibra. This week team stays the same with Lingard coming in for Brady who has been a wast of space in my team. Forster starts over Randolph, Daniels first sub with them playing Chelsea, Mawson against West Ham as second sub and lastly Morgan.

Captain based on fixture and form is Aguero again.

Good luck all 🙂

Last week I scored below average again which is becoming a worrying trend. I scored 39 in a week that averaged 40; with captain Aguero scoring 14. So many of my team disappointed with a single point including; Randolph, Alonso, Baines and Costa.

With a short period between gameweeks I’ve made two changes (-4) with Lukaku and Snodgrass out and Ibr and Zaha in. I’ve got a lot of trouble areas to watch such as Brady, Baines and Alonso but this will do for today.

Team selection was a tough one, I had 11 points on the bench and I want to try and avoid that if I can. I’ve picked Randolph on the bench because they play Arsenal and I can see them conceding a few goals, and for that reason Baines and Mawson too!

Captain Ibra, he’s rested and should be biting to get back and prove why United should do all they can to keep him next season in what could be a make and break game.

Good luck all 🙂

The last gameweek was some what of a success. I scored 65 in a week that averaged 47; with 18 total from captain Alexis. It was another week that Lukaku excelled and scored 16 which was a shame but the real shame was Mawson scoring -1. So it actually cost me to have him.

As for my team selection I wasn’t planning on changing a thing with Chadli an actual captain contender due to West Broms recent record against United and with all of their injuries at hand I genuinely think another upset can be had. However Pulis has said with two games coming close together that Chadli along with others was a rotation risk; which means he will play more than likely on game of the next two. In addition to that West Brom face United and Liverpool in the next four games and have a blank week in 35.

That all has lead to me selling Chadli and bringing in Downing. For starters since the manager has left he’s been allowed back in the fold and started the last game. He should be a regular starter and on some set pieces. Also Boro face the Swans, Hull and Burnley in the next three which are as good of fixtures as any and then they play twice in GW34. It’s a cheap punt at £4.9m and frees up just over a million pounds which is great for the coming weeks.

My team selection pretty much picked itself; Morgan is injured and Brady faces Spurs. My keeper selection was the hardest choice but Randolph plays over Forster because of the Saints backline missing so many players and Bournemouth being more of an attacking threat than Hull. In the last position I’m playing Brunt over Mawson because Mawson plays Downings Boro  and Brunt faces a depleted United. I think Brunt will be a huge set piece threat and today even more so with all of Uniteds missing players. Also with Phillips out there’s still a good chance he will play higher up the field.

Captaincy was a difficult decision and it was between Alexis or Aguero. I’m going with the latter because he didn’t play the full international game and Arsenal after conceding 3 at the Hawthorns; it should have been more. A win for City here will be a springboard for them to finish the season well and hopefully a big showing from Aguero will make him an FPL essential again for the remainder of the season. I miss the old Kun and while both players will more than likely score I fancy Aguero to score more than one, which I can’t see Alexis doing.

Good luck all 🙂
